Quality Chickens from Temperature-Controlled, Contamination-Free Farms

All BRAND’S® Essence of Chicken products are made with chickens supplied by leading poultry suppliers, reared in a pollution-free, temperature-controlled, and safely enclosed farm closely monitored by computers. Unlike traditional open chicken farms, these chickens are not exposed to other aviary animals, eliminating the risk of contamination.

Each chicken is inspected by a government veterinarian to ensure that it is healthy before it is processed in the GMP, ISO 9001 QMS, HACCP and Halal certified slaughterhouse. Chickens are then rigorously inspected by state-accredited veterinarians before a final check by a BRAND’S® quality assurance personnel to ensure the highest quality and hygiene before it is processed in BRAND’S® factory.

  • The meat is minced to allow extraction of essence.

  • The high heat and pressure breaks down the protein naturally present in the chicken broth into smaller peptides that are easily absorbed by human body.

  • This chicken broth is then processed in a high-speed centrifugal machine to completely remove its fat and cholesterol content.

  • Excess water is removed to increase the density and concentration of the chicken essence and at the same time maintains its original taste. This is 3 or 4 times more concentrated than normal chicken soup.

  • Ensure the consistency of the density, colour and nutritional value of BRAND’S Essence of Chicken.

  • The essence of chicken is bottled with a filtering and vacuum sealing process in a safe and hygienic facility. All essence of chicken undergo uniform bottling and vacuum-sealing procedures.

  • All bottled BRAND’S Essence of Chicken are heat-sterilised using a combination of temperature and pressure to destroy all microbiological activity, ensuring safe consumption and a long shelf-life of 2-3 years without the need of preservatives.

  • Every BRAND’S Essence of Chicken bottle will pass through light inspection before packing.

  • Using a high-tech vacuum technology, every bottle of BRAND’S Essence of Chicken is verified for its optimum quality before leaving the factory.

  • The bottled Essence of Chicken is then labeled, boxed, weighted twice and undergoes other safety checks automatically before the final stamping of manufacturing and expiry dates.
